Division of Administration Bureau of Budget Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates comprehensive administrative and management services for the Department of Health. Directs the development and implementation of uniform policies, procedures and guidelines for personnel and human resource management, general services, financial and revenue management and; responsible for the department's legislative budget request and related budget activities; represents the department before state, local and federal agencies, the legislature and the general public; serves as the department's liaison with the Governor's Office of Policy and Budget. |
