Evaluation and Assessment Planning

The information gathered during first contacts determines the focus of the evaluation and/or assessment and the composition of the team. The family is provided information on the evaluation and assessment process and assists in planning all components of the evaluation and assessment (who, what, when, where, how, etc.).
