The members of the Environmental Health Division, Bay CHD, seek to protect the health and safety of the citizens of Bay County by enforcing the general provisions of Florida Statute 381 and the specific guidelines of the 64E series of the Florida Administrative Code. The programs currently conducted by the EH Division are briefly described below. A more detailed description (application, construction, plans, training, requirements, etc.) of selected programs may be gained by using the 64E hotlink when provided in the program information below.
