  May 12, 2008 - Rick Bender conducted an anti-tobacco presentation at the school.

  September 26, 2008 - Participated in the SWAT’s Back dance at the Civic Center.

  October 25, 2008 - Participated in the “88” Display in Town Square.

  November 19, 2008 - Terry Allen Jones conducted a SWAT training at the school.

 

2009 activities: 

 

Mike Hagen Strength Team performed at the school, delivering a message about making good life choices.

SWAT members created and performed an anti-tobacco skit.

 A "Health Effects of Tobacco" poster contest was held for third, fourth and fifth grades.  The posters were judged by SWAT members, and winning posters are on display at the Calhoun County Health Department.
