In efforts to increase public awareness and education towards health issues/concerns and health department services, I would like to welcome you to our website. We are extremely excited about the services and programs we offer in the health department as well as in the community. We also see the need and importance in partnering with our community to offer much needed services. As the Administrator of Holmes County Health Department, I see the importance of our local mission, vision, and values. Our mission is to promote, protect and improve the health of all people in Holmes County. Our Strategic Planning process is driven with this mission in mind. Our services consist of Primary Care, Family Planning, Immunizations, STDs, TB, Prescription Assistance Program, Dental, School Health, Healthy Start, Tobacco Education, Chronic Disease, WIC and Environmental Health.
