Applying for a Food Service Permit
The Martin County Health Department regulates food service operations located in schools, correctional facilities, civic and fraternal organizations, bars and lounges that don't prepare foods and theaters that limit their food service to beverages, popcorn, hot dogs and nachos.

One of the final steps in the permitting process is to apply for a Sanitation Certificate from the Florida Department of Health.
