How can I tell if my baby is getting enough to eat?

Many new moms wonder (even obsess!) about whether they are making enough milk. On one hand, there are no ounce marks on our breasts to see how much milk they are holding.

On the other hand, it doesn’t make sense to worry too much about something that has been successful for millions of years - even before ounce measurements were invented. Regardless, new moms tend to fret. Here is a great log to keep track of your nursing and baby’s diapers to make sure that your baby is getting enough.
