Mosquito season is here. To protect yourself and your family just remember 5 D's and 1 S.

Dusk and Dawn. Avoid being outdoors during these times when mosquito's are around more.

Dress. Wear clothing that covers your skin.

Deet. You can buy products that contain a chemical called DEET. Then carefully spray it on your exposed skin before you go outdoors, especially at dusk and dawn.

Drain. Drain any containers in the yard that hold water. That way mosquito's can't lay their eggs and any eggs that already have been laid, can't develop into adult mosquito's.

Screens. Make sure your house windows are closed or be sure your screens are sealed completely.
