Health Education seeks to promote
healthy lifestyles in the residents of our county. |
| |
Through programs that focus on
chronic disease and injury prevention, we educate and inform the public on a
variety of health topics. |
| |
| |
Health educators teach classes and
seminars, attend health events and design and distribute materials to
improve health outcomes in the community. We also form community
partnerships and seek to create policy and environmental changes throughout
the county that will benefit the health of our residents. |
| |
We offer several ongoing health
programs in the community that target individuals and groups of all ages.
