Vaccinations are FREE TO ALL CHILDREN 6 weeks
thru 18 years old. |

Vaccines available include: DTaP, Polio,
Hepatitis B, HIB, Rotavirus, Pneumoccal (Prevnar), MMR
(Measles/Mumps/Rubella), Varicella (Chicken pox), Hepatitis A,
Tetanus/Diphtheria, TdaP, meningococcal (Menactra) and HPV(human pappiloma
virus-Gardasil). |

Adult Vaccines |

Many adult vaccines are available. |

Influenza vaccine is available
for adult & child each fall and winter. Watch for clinic information in the
newspaper and on radio and TV beginning in October. |

Tuberculosis Testing |
|
|
|
| |
TB Testing is available daily EXCEPT THURSDAY
for all ages at a fee of $10.00, with return to the clinic for reading and
documentation within 48 hours to 72 hours. |

Travel
Immunizations |

We do not offer travel vaccines at this
time. Contact Duval County Health Department for travel vaccine information.
