The Hearing for Rule 64J-2.010 - Apportionment of Trauma Centers within a Trauma
Service Area scheduled for February 16, 2011 as noticed in the Florida
Administrative Weekly on October 22, 2010, Vol. 36, No. 42, has been cancelled
due to the Governor's Executive Order 11-01. Section 3 of the executive order
requires state agencies to suspend all rulemaking activities for a three month
period until the Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform has been
established and an analysis of the state agencies rules has been completed.
