Florida Trauma System Planning TeamsThe Florida Trauma System Plan Advisory Council has nine standing planning teams that are utilized to develop, implement, and evaluate the goal strategies included in the 2011-2015 Florida Trauma System Plan (zip 28.07mb/56 pages). Each team is assigned a specific goal, strategies and projects. These planning teams hold conference calls at least quarterly to work on the strategies and projects included in their annual action plans, which are linked to their assigned goal. Standing Planning Teams: During the month of May 2011, the Florida Trauma System Planning Teams conference calls were held to review and revise the draft 2011-2012 action plans and identify champions and work groups to implement the respective goal strategies included in the annual action plans. On June 9 2011, the Florida Trauma System Plan Advisory Council held a conference call and approved the annual action plan for each of the planning teams for implementation. Final notices will be emailed to the planning team members and included in future Traumacomm newsletters as soon as the agendas and handouts are available for these scheduled conference calls.
