Rule 64J-2.010 — Apportionment of Trauma Center in Trauma Service Areas

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To develop and inclusive, sustainable trauma system that distributes trauma centers throughout the state.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: To hear comments on Rule 64J-2.010
Apportionment of Trauma Centers within a Trauma Service Area (TSA).

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 395.405 FS.

LAW IMPLEMENTED: 395.401(2), 395.4025, 395.404 FS.

A RULE DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD AT THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE SHOW BELOW:
DATE AND TIME: January 25, 2013, 9:00am EST and 8:00am CST
PLACE: Escambia County Health Department, Conference Room 302 and 303, 1295 West Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32501
