Rule 64J-2.010 - Apportionment of Trauma Center in Trauma Service Areas

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To develop and inclusive, sustainable trauma system that distributes trauma centers throughout the state.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE Addressed: To hear comments on Rule 64J-2.010, F.A.C., Apportionment of Trauma Centers within a Trauma Service Area (TSA).

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 395.405 FS.

LAW IMPLEMENTED: 395.401(2), 395.4025, 395.404 FS.
