RAMP - Rewarding Adherence to Medication Program

RAMP is currently suspended as a cost containment measure.

 

RAMP is the Rewarding Adherence to Medication Program. If a client is enrolled in RAMP, he/she will be able to receive 90 days of medications. This will reduce the number of times a client has to come in to pickup medications.
Clients who are eligible for RAMP are those who:

  • have been in the program for over 12 months or more
  • are considered medically stable by their physician
  • have picked-up medications on time for the past year and/or have an undetectable viral load
  • have stable living arrangements and can be reached by phone
To enroll a client in RAMP:

  • client must meet the criteria above and;
  • a client's physician must sign the RAMP authorization form for approval and client must also sign the Patient statement of understanding
The following drugs are excluded from 90-day dispensing:

  • Flumadine (Rimantadine)

  • Levaquin (Levofloxacin)
  • Lomotil (Diphenoxylate)
  • Lyrica (Pregabalin)
  • Lomotil (diphenoxylate)
  • Marinol (Dronabinol)
  • Neupogen (Filgrastim)
  • Oxadrim (Oxandrolone)
  • Pegasyz (Peginterferon Alfa)(2A)
  • Peg-Intron (Peginterferon Alfa)(2B)
  • Pneumovax (Pneumococcal)
  • Pocrit (Epoetin Alfa)
  • Relenza (Zanamivir)
  • Ribasphere (Ribavirin)
  • Symmentrel (Amantadine)
  • Tamiflu (Oseltamivir)
