OAR Aging panel April 2011 Expert's Slide Presentation
The Office of AIDS Research (OAR) in the NIH within NIAID convened a panel on aging with the goal of formulating a research agenda, studies that should be conducted. Here are the slide presentations of the presenters at this meeting which framed the discussion of aging in HIV. The initial meeting was about 10 days ago. This working group will split off into 4 groups assigned the task to pick topics and areas for research in aging & HIV and reconvene in about 6 months as a group to discuss the recommendations and findings from each working group and then make some further recommendations for research.
