Radon Certification Exam Schedule

Read more about the certification process.

The Department offers at least three exams per year. The exams are given at different locations through out Florida. After the department proposes a location and date, the department will coordinate the final schedule with the training providers in order to offer the exam at the completion of the training course. Any proposed date and location is subject to change.  Once an exam is scheduled, it will be offered unless canceled due to lack of demand. Anyone who can not attend the exam scheduled after the completion of their training course, may either attend the next scheduled exam or may schedule to take the exam in Tallahassee. The application deadline for any exam date is at least two weeks prior to the exam.

Applicants must attend a Florida approved training course prior to taking the exam.  The exam schedule and location are subject to revision based on regional interest and the number of applicants.  Please contact one of our approved training providers to find out about upcoming radon courses.
