This table shows year-2000 cases of definite probable, and possible pesticide exposures by pesticide. The most common pesticide was pyrethrin, again, due to a single mass exposure to workers in an office building.

Other pesticides with multiple exposures include abamectin, alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, and deltamethrin.
