Septic Tank Contractor Registration

Septic tank contractor registration renewals will begin on August 15th, 2013.  Any contractor not renewed by September 30th will have their registration become inactive.  All persons practicing septic tank contracting within the State of Florida are required to renew their registration annually.  The renewal fee is $100 and should be submitted with the renewal application (23 kb pdf) to the Onsite Sewage Programs at the address listed below.

We have just concluded the 2013 biennial cycle for septic tank contracting business authorization renewals. The next authorization cycle will begin February 15, 2015. All septic tank contractors doing business as a corporation, partnership, or association, and those individual contractors practicing septic tank contracting under a fictitious name, are required to renew their business authorizations in every odd year. The renewal fee is $250 and should be submitted with the renewal application (30 kb pdf) to the Onsite Sewage Programs at the address listed below. Business names must match those filed with the Secretary of State.
