Annual Training Modules for FY 2013-2014
Below are the 2013 annual training modules for existing CCFP contractors. Training for prospective contractors is here.
All contractors must complete the two General Trainings, as well as the Contractor Specific Training based on contractor type. When you have finished your required trainings, complete the Annual Training Certification Form.
Note - If catered, see catering modules below.
Please note: In order to complete the training modules listed below, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
General Training:

Independent Centers, Afterschool Meals Program, and Homeless Children Nutrition Program contractors: You must submit your renewal materials by mail, fax, or email to your assigned program specialists. Please see this list for your program specialist's contact information. If you an unsure who your program specialist is, please contact the appropriate regional office for that information.
Sponsors of Affiliated Centers: You will be submitting your renewal materials to your program specialist through MIPS this year. However, should you need to submit anything by alternative methods, please see this list for your program specialist's contact information. If you an unsure who your program specialist is, please contact the appropriate regional office for that information.

Catering Training Modules for FY 2013-2014:

- Part 1 Overview Catered Meal Service - required if receiving catered meals in fiscal year 2013-14
- Part 2 Informal Competitive Procedure - required if initial catering contract totals less than $100,000
- Part 3 Formal Competitive Procedure - required if initial catering contract totals $100,000 or more
- Part 4 Renewal Catering Contract - required if renewing a catering contract
