Migrant and Refugee Oral Health Workgroup

Goal - To raise awareness about the importance of oral health for the total health of migrant workers and refugee's, and to bring about solutions to the barriers that must be overcome for these particular populations to have access to preventive and restorative dental care.

  • There is interest in this workgroup however the coalition thinks it has taken on all it can for 2007 and will reconsider reactivating this group in 2008.
