Epilepsy Services Program Statutory Authority and Related Legislation

The Florida Legislature granted broad statutory authority for development and implementation of the Epilepsy Services Program, including an educational component, and the provision of pharmaceuticals as outlined in the statutes below. Florida Statutes 385.207 Provides statutory authority for development and implementation of the Epilepsy Services Program, including an educational component, and the provision of pharmaceuticals.
