First Step Booklet Order Information

FIRST STEP is a domestic violence education and resource booklet designed to help suspected and confirmed victims of domestic violence. It includes information on domestic violence (DV), a detailed safety plan and a listing of the names and hotline phone numbers of Florida's 38 DV Centers.

The development of the FIRST STEP booklet was made possible through a grant received by the Florida Department of Health in partnership with The Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence and from The Family Violence Prevention Fund.

The booklet, written at a 4th grade level, is available for purchase in English, Spanish, and Creole. The booklets are $9.94 per pack with 20 booklets to a pack. This price is subject to change based on vendor quotes. To verify current price for ordering, contact the Tallahassee Distribution Center. 850-414-8086 or Sun Com 994-8086.

The ordering form [PDF, 21.3KB] is available in the PDF format for your use. You will need to print out the form and fill in the relevant information. Please note you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print the form.
