Florida's Vision Quest

Florida's Vision Quest is contracted by the Florida Department of Health (Contract Number COH9M) to provide vision services to eligible students enrolled in and attending public schools in counties within its home base, and Region One shown at the above link for Vision Services Contract Regions. Eligible students in these counties can be referred to Florida's Vision Quest for services.

Florida Heiken Children's Vision Program

Florida Heiken Children's Vision Program is contracted by the Florida Department of Health (Contract Number COH9L) to provide vision services to eligible students enrolled in and attending public schools in counties within its home base, and Region Two shown at the above link for Vision Services Contract Regions. Eligible students in these counties can be referred to Florida Heiken Children's Vision Program for services.
