The Office of Performance Improvement (HPI)
is dedicated to helping staff
throughout the
Department of Health (DOH)'s network
of local County Health Departments and statewide public health programs to get the best results possible. Improving the efficiency of the department's internal
work processes is challenging, but vital to improving overall performance.

difference?" The Office of Performance Improvement is here to help DOH staff
answer these questions! Whether you are looking for a specific

Performance Improvement can provide guidance and assistance tailored to help
you achieve your performance goals.

HPI staff model their commitment to
continuous performance improvement through certification by the American
Society for Quality (ASQ), either as Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
and/or a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ-OE).
