Davis Productivity Awards
Since 1989, the Prudential-Davis Productivity Awards Program has recognized and rewarded Florida's state government employees whose work significantly and measurably increases productivity, promotes innovation, and improves the delivery of state services and/or saves money for Florida taxpayers and businesses. The program is a public-private partnership co-sponsored by Florida TaxWatch, The Florida Council of 100, and the State of Florida. In addition to Prudential's generous support, numerous corporate, individual and philanthropic contributors supplement the awards program.

Award Winners The 2013 awards competition attracted 468 nominations from Florida’s state agencies for innovations and productivity improvements worth $514 million in cost savings, cost avoidances and increased revenue for state government.
The Florida Department of Health submitted a total of 59 nominations and all have been chosen as winners!
The leadership of the Department applauds these winners for their hard work, dedication, and their clear demonstration of commitment to public health, our Department, and to the people we serve.
