Foreign Trained Applicants:
Effective August 6, 2010, the Florida Board of Physical Therapy no longer requires graduates of foreign trained programs to submit proof of English proficiency as a licensure requirement. Our application is currently under revision to change this requirement.
Important Message In order to address security concerns and protect the integrity of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), FSBPT began fixed-date testing for ALL candidates for the PT NPTE. FSBPT will move to fixeddate testing for all candidates for the PTA NPTE after February 29, 2012. The Federation plans on maintaining fixed-date testing indefinitely for both the PT and PTA exams.
