Each module of this curricula builds on the previous and therefore it is recommended that the learner begin with the Introduction module and continue on with the core function modules of Assessment, Policy Development and Assurance.

Each module includes background information, an exercise with directions and accompanying resources such as worksheets, example products and templates.

The Introduction module does not contain a learning exercise, however, it does provide the necessary background information about the core functions of public health, the national public health performance standard program and the MAPP model needed to proceed with the remainder of the modules.
