Q: Who do I contact if I become locked out of
Citrix or eVitals?
A:
For a Citrix lockout, during the weekdays from 8:00am to 9:00pm contact
the Department of Health help desk.
For an eVitals lockout, the person who has
administration rights at your location can unlock you. If the designated person at
your facility are unavailable to assist, you may contact
the Department of Health help desk.
Q:
Who do I contact if I cannot remember my password?
A:
If you cannot remember Citrix login (1st logon), contact the Department of
Health help desk. If you are locked out of the e-Vitals logon (2nd logon),
there is a person in your facility that has administration rights to unlock you.
If they are unavailable, you may call the Department of Health help desk for
assistance.
Q: What do I do if the signature pad stops
working?
A:
Unplug then plug back in the signature pad. If you are using a USB to
serial adaptor,
check to see if the green light is on. If it is, then unplug the signature
pad from the adaptor and then plug it back in. If this does not solve the
problem, call the Department of Health help desk for assistance.
Q:
What do I do if my facilities wireless system goes down and I have birth records
to complete?
A: Contact your IT/IS
Dept to find out when your wireless will be back up. If your equipment is configured for both wireless and hardwire use, if available, plug in an internet
cable to your equipment and into an internet wall outlet to re-establish internet connection. If your equipment is not configured for hardwire internet connection, contact your IT to reconfigure your equipment to accept both wireless and
hardwire internet signals or you may use a desktop personal computer that has Citrix version 10.0 or higher.
Contact the Department of Health help desk when you are experiencing
connectivity problems and need assistance completing records.
