a solid ink (wax) printer cannot be used
for any official documents sent to the Department of Health, such as amendment
forms, replacement forms or death records created manually. Due to the nature of the ink in the solid ink
printers, the devices used for scanning the documents generates enough heat to
re-liquefy the wax based ink and causes the document to smear.
