The hospital and complex are
supervised by
the Superintendent/Chief Executive Officer, who reports directly to the State Health
Department in Tallahassee and the hospitals governing body. An Advisory Board of
medical experts in the community provides recommendations to the Governing Body on a
quarterly basis.

Direct
patient care staff include doctors, physicians assistants, nurses, mental health
counselors, a psychiatrist and unit treatment and rehabilitation specialists
(UTRs), a
pharmacist and a respiratory therapist.

A variety of staff,
including permanent career service, temporary, interns, trainees and
volunteers are employed. There is an attorney, a
security force, quality assurance, infection control, risk management and public
information.
The A. G. Holley Hospital Complex currently
operates with about 180 full-time staff and an annual budget of about 9.1 million dollars.
About 80% of these costs are related directly to patient care, with the remainder used to
maintain the campus.
