A variety of staff, including permanent career service, temporary, interns, trainees and volunteers are employed.  There is an attorney, a security force, quality assurance, infection control, risk management and public information.

The A. G. Holley Hospital Complex currently operates with about 180 full-time staff and an annual budget of about 9.1 million dollars. About 80% of these costs are related directly to patient care, with the remainder used to maintain the campus.
