Environmental Public Health - DeLand Country Club Estates

|
The Volusia County Health Department is in the process of re-sampling private drinking water wells that previously showed non-detects for the pesticide dieldrin in the DeLand Country Club Estates area. The non-detect homes are colored in blue on the sampling map posted on this website. You may notice the City of DeLand is also in the area beginning installation of the first phase of the planned water distribution lines in your neighborhood. If you do not wish to have your well re-tested, or you have a question about water testing, please contact Environmental Health Specialist Brian Volkman at 386-822-6250 x5082. Our sampling strategy follows protocol from the Department of Health's Well Surveillance Program Technical Guide.
