Healthy Meeting Guidelines
In an effort to improve the health of the work force in our community,
the Worksite Wellness Council of Volusia County is encouraging all
worksites to adopt our
Healthy Meeting Guidelines
(.pdf 193 mb).
These guidelines are healthy snack, drink and physical activity options
to offer during meetings. Through adopting these guidelines, businesses
will be committing to provide a healthier meeting environment for their
employees and community partners.
To adopt the guidelines at your worksite, please complete the
Healthy
Meeting and Vending Guidelines Registration Form. By adopting the
guidelines, your worksite will receive recognition through our website
as a participating agency, organization or business as well as a
certificate of acknowledgement.

Worksite Wellness Council of Volusia County
In an effort to improve the health of the work force in
Volusia County, the County of Volusia and the Volusia County Health
Department have partnered to establish the Worksite Wellness Council of
Volusia County. The membership of the wellness council consists of
worksite wellness coordinators from various sectors such as government,
education, health care and other places of employment in the Volusia
County community.
