Office of Health Promotion / Worksite Wellness / Worksite Wellness Council of Volusia County

The membership of the wellness council consists of worksite wellness coordinators from the following businesses, agencies and organizations:

  • Bert Fish Medical Center
  • City of Daytona Beach
  • City of Daytona Beach Shores
  • Daytona State College
  • DME Automotive
  • Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
  • Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center
  • Volusia County Government
  • Volusia County Health Department
  • Volusia Flagler Family YMCA

The wellness council meets monthly to:

  • Provide networking opportunities for members
  • Encourage resource sharing among members
  • Provide technical support for other worksites
  • Coordinate efforts among members
  • Identify and recruit potential members
  • Research and review local health data
