NEW Hours December 1, 2011!

Effective December 1, 2011 CLINIC hours will be as follows:

Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 4:00pm*
Saturday - CLOSED
Sunday - CLOSED

On Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, available clinical services are: immunizations, foreign travel consultations, tuberculosis, epidemiology, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) eligibility determinations and medicine pick-up, STD test results and family planning triage.

These hours affect the main CLINIC site located at 224 SE 24th Street, Gainesville, Florida. Clients are encouraged to make an appointment. For an appointment, please call (352) 334-7910.

Regular Health Department building hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

NEW Koppers Update For Stephen Foster Neighborhood

Alachua County Health Department and the Florida Department of Health announce the final version of health report on the most recent residential soil testing now available, and the Environmental Protection Agency beginning work on indoor dust testing in nearby homes: Update for Stephen Foster Neighborhood January 2012

The Alachua County Health Department (ACHD), Florida Department of Health (DOH), and the US Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) serve the public by using the best science, taking responsive public health actions, and providing trusted health information about toxic chemicals at hazardous waste sites.
