Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Office has a responsibility to administer a complete personnel program for the 13 counties
(Alachua, Bradford, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam Suwannee,
and Union) in the North Central Human Resources Consortium employees. Services provided include processing all
payroll actions; leave and attendance; interpreting policies; rules, regulations and employee benefits; initiating
appropriate classification actions; and managing recruitment activities.
