According to Chapter 62, Article XV of the Brevard County Code of Ordinances, Brevard County Health Department’s Environmental Health Services is responsible for completing sanitation inspections for all adult entertainment establishments located in the unincorporated area of Brevard County two times per year.  Adult Entertainment Licenses are issued by Brevard County Code Enforcement for such establishments. 

Adult entertainment establishments located in unincorporated Brevard County that do not offer full nudity entertainment may also be licensed as a bar/lounge with our office.  For more information on bar/lounge or any other food service establishment permitting under the jurisdiction of the Brevard County Health Department please click on the Food Hygiene link under the Community EH/Child Care Program section of the menu on the left.
