According to Chapter 62, Article XV of the Brevard County Code of Ordinances, the Florida Department of Health - Brevard County Environmental Health Services is responsible for completing sanitation inspections for all adult entertainment establishments located in the unincorporated area of Brevard County two times per year.  Adult Entertainment Licenses are issued by Brevard County Code Enforcement for such establishments.
