Health Department’s (CCHD's) Human Resources office is located
in Port Charlotte at our administrative
location. Our primary customers are the CCHD employees.
We provide technical assistance regarding personnel rules, regulations,
policies and procedures to both line staff and supervisors.

Persons who
submit an application via fax, telephonically, or by mail must
contact the People First Service Center during their normal
business hours (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST) prior to the
application deadline date to answer the position qualifying
questions. Applicants who do not answer the position
qualifying questions will not be considered for the position.
