* Establish goals
* Work towards personal growth
* Learn new skills
* Problem solve
* Reduce emotional distress
* And much, much more!
Depression/Anxiety Management Group:
This group uses the CBT therapy approach to help adults build new coping skills
to better manage their anxiety and depression symptoms:
* Resolve daily living problems
* Reduce stress
* Undo panic patterns that are the "footprint" of distress triggers
* Help bridge the mind/body/emotion disconnection typical of anxiety
