The Fort White Clinic was
started in 1989, in a modular building at its present site on Dortch Street, to
meet the needs of our patients and citizens from the south end of Columbia
County. With state and county funds, a new permanent building was
constructed and opened in January of 1999.
The Fort White Clinic offers a full
range of services. Beginning September 10, 2001, Family Planning annual
examinations will be offered in addition to our primary care clinic.
Previously ordered birth control prescriptions (birth control pills or
Depo-Provera shots) can still be picked up at the Primary Care Clinic.
Service hours are 8:30AM - 4:00PM on
the 1st Monday of each month (hours effective February 1, 2002)
for Family Planning and every Thursday from 8:30AM - 4:00PM for primary
care as we strive to meet the health needs of our citizens in the Fort
White area.
