Public Pools and Bathing Facilities

Environmental Health inspects and permits public pools and spas located in motels/hotels, condo/apartment complexes, and mobile home parks in DeSoto County at least twice each year. Each site must comply with state standards for pool construction, maintenance, water chemistry and safety equipment.
