Food Hygiene Program
This
program regulates foods created, stored, and maintained in kitchen
faculties found in schools, nursing homes, hospitals, correctional
faculties and bars.
The objective of this program is to minimize the
occurrence of food-related illnesses. Not all food establishments are
regulated by our department.

Grocery stores and convenience stores in our state are regulated by the
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS). You can contact
