Limited Drinking Water

This program regulates public water systems which are not covered by the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in accordance with Chapter 64E-8 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) and section 381.0062 of the Florida Statutes (FS). It also covers multi-family water systems and limited use commercial systems. It includes set-back standards, construction standards, and operational standards for all forms of limited-use public water systems.
