Population Based Services

Population-Based Services is a community-based effort to increase the quality, availability and effectiveness of educational and community-based programs designed to prevent disease and injury, improve health and enhance quality of life for the citizens in Gadsden County. It houses the:
  HIV/AIDS Outreach Program
  Prevention & Education Program
  Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Prevention Program
  Tuberculosis (TB) Outreach Program
