Head northwest on I-75 North. Take exit 451 for US-129 toward Jasper/Live Oak. Turn left at FL-51 N/US-129 N. Slight left at FL-100 W/FL-25 N/US-129 N/US-41 N. Turn left at Co Rd 51/Martin Luther King Dr. Take the 2nd left onto Central Ave SE and arrive at the Hamilton County Health Department.
