The Social Service Health Care Team is
the outreach arm of the Health Department. It is our goal to
help our customers navigate the many social systems which they may
encounter in their attempt to support comprehensive health care for
themselves and their families.
The department consists of 9 programs
and 13 employees that respond to the evolving needs of our
communities through innovative approaches. Our department has
as it's mission the provision of our patient support for individuals
not having the means to pay for private medical services.
Social Service provides continuous health care support through our
nine programs and we are committed to providing professional, open,
and caring services to those in need of help to manage the local
social systems of Florida and the U. S. We are committed to
providing the highest quality of care with compassion and respect
for human dignity and the right to privacy. Your
