Mobile Home, RV Parks & Recreational Camps

When more than 5 mobile homes, RVs, campsites or combination there of are available to the public and some form of payment is made, a permit and inspections are required.  Plans for the site must be approved before a permit can be issued and other permits for water and septic may also be need to be in place.  We inspect the site and any required sanitary facilities. We do not inspect the mobile homes or RVs themselves as they are private property.
