The Lee County Health Department provides childhood and school immunizations at the following locations:

Walk-In Only
Mon-Thurs: 8 AM – 3:30 PM
Fri: 1 PM – 3:30 PM
*Schedule may change without prior notice.

 

We also provide childhood and school immunizations at the following outreach clinics:

First Presbyterian Church
9751 Bonita Beach Rd
Bonita Springs, FL 34135
1st Tuesday of the month
5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Walk-in Only, first come, first served
