Clinic Services at the Levy County Health Department include:

• Pregnancy testing and referral
• Family planning
• HIV/AIDS testing and prevention
• Sexually transmitted disease testing, treatment, education and follow-up
• Tuberculosis testing, treatment and follow-up
• Child and adult health
• Immunizations (adult and child)
• Flu and pneumonia vaccines
• Health education and counseling
• Smoking cessation programs
• Hepatitis screening
• Blood pressure screening
• Epilepsy and insulin medication program
• Breast and cervical cancer screening

Eligibility and Cost of Services

Levy County Health Department strives to make services available to as many people as possible based on our available resources.  Eligibility and or fees for services vary by program. We are a Medipass , Kid Care , Medicare and Blue Cross and Blue Shield provider. If you need additional information regarding our services or our fees, please call 352 486-5300.

Services that are free and available to the public

• Immunizations for infants and children up to age 18 years of age
• HIV testing and counseling (anonymous and confidential)
• Tuberculosis treatment and follow up
• Smoking cessation and patches
• Health promotion and education
• Blood pressure screening or monitoring

If you don't have health insurance coverage:
