Group Care Facilities

The Levy County Health Department does not permit these facilities but routine inspections are performed. Group care facilities are regulated and licensed by state agencies such as the Florida Department of Children and Families, Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, US Department of Education, and the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
